BOLD and PROVEN Leadership
"He is successful because he is different. He doesn’t accept the typical constraints that hold other politicians back. When others say, 'no, we can’t do that,' he says 'why not?' and, 'let’s try this.' He builds relationships and gets to know people, including people who work in government, on a personal basis. This allows him to influence decisions in a way that truly benefits the people he represents. " - Becky French
I served as Park County Commissioner for 18 years. During that time, I saw our county go through plentiful times and hard times. The experiences I gained during my time in office prepared me to do what's needed to help us through any economic changes. I not only look at proposed solutions as to what's best for Park County today, but also what's best for the future of our children and our grandchildren. I prided myself in always listening to both sides of an argument before I made a decision. One of the most important things I learned as a County Commissioner is that the people of Park County are tough and resilient. Together, we can make it through anything.
I have been a life-long Park County resident; born in Cody, and raised on the family farm west of Powell. This slice of Wyoming has a special place in my heart. It's for that reason that I believe the people of this county deserve a leader in the Wyoming Senate who always has their best interests in mind, someone who stands for what will benefit and strengthen the community. I have five grandchildren and I want them to grow up in the kind of Wyoming I have known; a place full of opportunities and freedom.
